Mortgage Alliance launches an Offline Application system for its network of over 1,800 mortgage professionals.
As a result, every Mortgage Alliance member can now collect ALL their client’s mortgage application information with their MortgageBOSS™ Offline application on their laptop or net-book regardless of Internet access. Once connected online, they can submit the applications and it will be appear in MortgageBOSS™ in minutes.
This means that there’s no longer a need to be connected to the Internet in order to fill out a customer’s application. The MortgageBOSS™ application also includes the integration of the GDS and TDS Calculators, AND total assets and liabilities are calculated. And in a few days Mortgage Alliance will add its Smart Mortgage™ & Right Mortgage® Calculators to enhance the offline application capabilities.
