Meridian Mortgage Solutions Mortgage Alliance is owned and operated by Bill and Andrea Rainbow. Combined they have over 21 years experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Bill is a graduate of the Urban Land Economics program from UBC which gives him a considerably higher level of real estate based education than the average mortgage broker.
We maintain an excellent working relationship with the lenders within the brokerage system. Due to the high volume of mortgages we place with lenders we are offered the most favorable rates and products, often unavailable at local bank branches. Also, if you don’t qualify at a traditional lender our contacts with private lenders ensure you a fair rate with minimal fees. Our goal is to offer the client the most competitive options and we guarantee the best rates and service.

With over 18 years experience and education in the mortgage and real estate industry Bill brings a high level of professionalism and experience to the business. Working as a real estate agent for 4 years and as a graduate in UBC’s Urban Land Economics program,has given Bill a high degree of real estate industry expertise compared to most mortgage brokers. Bill became a licensed mortgage broker in 2001 and since then he has become one of the top Mortgage Alliance Brokers in Canada. Bill’s extensive experience combined with a “client comes first” approach has contributed to his success and respect as a top mortgage broker.
Andrea Rainbow: Owner, Office Manager, BA, AMP
After spending 5 years in the real estate and property management industries in this area, Andrea joined husband Bill as a Mortgage Broker in 2004. As the Office Manager, Andrea ensures each file’s accuracy, such as payments, terms, mortgage amounts, etc. She also handles the mortgage and life insurance options for our clients and the day to day management of the office.
Meghan O'Neill: Sub-Mortgage Broker, BA (M Finance & Economics)
Meghan has extensive real estate and financial experience. After completing her Bachelor of Finance degree she spent several years in the real estate industry in the Columbia Valley
Christine DuBois: Sub-Mortgage Broker, BComm
After working in Oil and Gas in Calgary and competing as a high calibre athlete, Christine returned to her hometown of Invermere to live once again in this beautiful lake and mountain town. In addition to working with our mortgage clients, Christine also handles email communications with our clients and updates the website to ensure you are getting the most up to date information available.
