About

Nick is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker. He has based his business on providing honest, and reliable service to committed clients. The bulk of his business comes from satisfied clients and other professionals who are happy to refer business. Nick is driven by a desire for superior results, irrespective of whether he is assisting a client to sell, buy or arrange a mortgage. Nick does not like excuses. He is extremely competitive by nature and the success of his clients is always his primary goal.

Nick studied political science and pursued a career in law in the mid 90’s. He was employed by several leading city firms. He eventually became the editor of Hospital Law, and worked as a Labour and Employment Law consultant. Following the death of a close colleague, Nick dropped his law career, and started a search for freedom and balance in his personal life.

During this time, Nick was actively investing in real estate. As prices started to climb, Nick realized he wanted to be a realtor. He bought his first home in the late 80’s, eventually acquiring a portfolio of homes and investments. Through this experience, and way before real estate became fashionable, Nick gained a valuable education.

Nick knows the city. He invests and spends locally. Nick has lived in various neighbourhoods across Toronto. He is comfortable anywhere in the City. For him, real estate is about location first and foremost. According to him, there is no substitute for good advice and judgment. Nick has often said “You can google all you want, in the end your financial well-being is riding on the advice your realtor is giving you. So pick wisely.”

Nick has appeared on HGTV, GLOBAL, and been interviewed by the NATIONAL POST, and Canadian Real Estate Magazine. Not surprisingly, with a name like PAVLOV, Nick has two German Shepards as pets. When several dogs were poisoned in HIGH PARK, Nick put up a reward of $10,000 for information leading to the conviction of those responsible. The reward stills stands today…

Nick looks forward to meeting you.
